Front porches are an extension of your home and making it feel just as inviting as the inside is crucial.  If you are selling your home this is where your second showing will take place, so make it count.  Are you wondering how is this my second showing if this is the first thing guests see when they arrive?  Well, your first how actually took place online.  So now that you have potential buyers at your door make sure their approach is memorable.  Be sure it is colorful, inviting, and comfortable by offering a place to sit.  But don't forget to sweep and wipe down surfaces to make it sparkle.  In the end the extra effort will be worth it.

MIP Rates to Increase On April 1st      What does it Mean?
