Now Available - Utah Housing Conventional Loan Product with no MI A new Fannie Mae loan product that is exclusive to housing agencies, including Utah Housing Corporation. The new product, a Conventional 30-year xed rate mortgage with NO MORTGAGE INSURANCE, is an excellent alternative to FHA nancing for qualied home buyers. Grants up to $3,000 are currently available on a first-come basis for income qualified first time home buyers. Grants can be applied to 50% of the required down payment and closing costs, with a minimum of $1,000 required of the buyer. Purchase price cannot exceed $250,000.
